- General Services: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During our general service hours, we welcome all inquiries, appointments, bill payments, and other service setups. We are here to assist you with comprehensive support for all your needs.
- Emergency Services Only: Weekdays from 5 PM until 11 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM until 11 PM.
- Please Note: After 5:00 PM, our focus shifts exclusively to emergency services. This change is in place to ensure that those with urgent needs receive immediate attention and care. We kindly request that non-emergency calls, such as bill payments or non-urgent service setups, be made during our general service hours.
