Just had a gentleman named Shelton come to my house to unclog my sewer pipe. I have had a few sewer companies come out to clean tree roots from my pipe over the many years but i have never been impressed by their behaviour and the mess they leave behind. Not just that, i had a "rooter" company come out four days ago to deal with the same issue. I was thinking that i wouldnt have to deal with this issue for for at least another year, however FOUR days after, my sewer backed up AGAIN. Shelton showed me why, and it was clear that the other company did not do a good job and barely helped me at all. They even told me my pipe was broken and that they needed to replace it for an outrageous price and it WASNT. EVEN. BROKEN. I am seriously ticked off that I was being scammed and I will NEVER choose another company over Dukes Sewer Service. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a gentleman named Shelton that came to do some work for me as I thought with the bubbling in my floor drain that there were some tree roots present. He put a camera down, ran cable tested the washer etc... No issues found. I did have some gathering of slime like stuff that accumulated over time above my back flow valve. This is something that I would never even consider looking at.... My floor drain, unless something occurred. He advised me on how to maintain this issue with the cleaning of it due to the furnace and air conditioner draining.
He was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing and sewer work. Maybe you will be lucky enough to have Shelton to do the service work you require. Thank you very much.

May 13, 2025 - Matthew from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer to check for roots. Luckily the sewer was clean. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner. There was no clean up that we had to do. Very polite and efficient. I will be calling them again.

June 6, 2023 -Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

We had a clogged sink with water backing up into the dishwasher. Shelton arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to effectively unclog the sink. On top of that, he pointed out a possible issue with the dishwasher, explaining that water shouldn't be backing into it due to a backwater valve. Thanks to his attention to detail, I now know I need to have the dishwasher checked as well. Really appreciated his professionalism and thorough work!
