I came home to a sump pump that was no longer working and the sump hole was filling fast. A quick call to Duke and within minutes, they were picking up a new pump and on there way. It took Matthew about 10 minutes to have the new one operational. I am most grateful for their efficient, friendly and helpful service.
I called Duke's today to get my sewer drain cleaned after a small backup. I was able to get a same day appointment (amazing!) and Matthew was excellent to deal with. He was very professional and left absolutely 0 mess. Highly recommended and I will be using Duke's every year from now on.

Had a problem with my floor drain that Roto Rooter couldn't unplug. Duke had it unplugged in no time at all. Shelton was excellent! I will use them again if I have any further sewer issues.

We had a clogged sewer pipe due to city tree roots. I called Dukes, they promply answered the phone, said they could be here within a couple of hours, arrived as promised and had the clog removed with in less than 1hr. Shelton did a fantastic job, THANK YOU, it's good to see there are still excellent people in the service industry today!!!
Shelton was great! We had a clogged sewer line, of course on the weekend. I called shortly after 8am on a Saturday morning and he was at our house by 10. Great appreciate the excellent service!

I haven't even hired Duke Sewer, but I wanted to leave a review because of how helpful they were. I reached out through Facebook Messenger with questions about the sewer line under my home, and they took the time to explain what was likely happening and what I should do. They gave me honest, knowledgeable advice without trying to sell me anything or pressure me into hiring them.
It's rare to find a company willing to help someone just by answering questions. Their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service really stood out. If this is how they treat people who aren't even customers yet, I can only imagine how great they are to work with. Highly recommended!

We had a tree directly over our sewer line. Dukes scoped the line with a camera and found a small crack and an indentation. They walked us through the process of getting the tree cut down by the city, gave us a quote and walked us through the whole process. The quote was bang on, they were in and out in 1.5 days and the domestic line actually has more pressure. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Matt and Adam and crew

Gage is awesome and went above and beyond to support me when my sewer backed up. He diagnosed the problem, forwarded diagnostic evidence to the city to confirm it was an issue on the city-side, and then returned (free of charge) when the city did not follow-up properly to gather more evidence/run a longer line (going far beyond his job to make sure I had my issue addressed). He even followed-up a few days later to confirm the city had resolved my sewer back-up issue. I would recommend Duke Sewer Service (and Gage!) without hesitation!

Had sewer blockage/backup on a Saturday. Shelton was able to come out within a couple hours and took care of cleaning out the tree roots. He explained everything and had the drain flowing once again. The times I have had to call Dukes with issues, I have always had prompt and good service.

“Just last week I called another to company to fix my blocked sewer line that arose when I was doing laundry. The washer water wasn’t draining into the line, splashing back up. Supposedly this company cleared the lines and was then was told good to go. Last night I drained the tub and sewage came up the basement drain and spread throughout my basement.
