Duke Sewer Service offers Complete Sewer Service & Repair to the Regina area and throughout Southern Saskatchewan.

When:

General Services: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During our general service hours, we welcome all inquiries, appointments, bill payments, and other service setups. We are here to assist you with comprehensive support for all your needs.
Emergency Services Only: Weekdays from 5 PM until 11 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM until 11 PM.
Please Note: After 5:00 PM, our focus shifts exclusively to emergency services. This change is in place to ensure that those with urgent needs receive immediate attention and care. We kindly request that non-emergency calls, such as bill payments or non-urgent service setups, be made during our general service hours.

Where:

We serve Regina and surrounding area. We have driven up to 150KMs to do work. We are one of the only companies who do not charge mileage in addition to our hourly rate. Our travel charge is based solely on
time, rather than time + mileage as most companies do.

How:

We use the best cables, cutters and other tools to remove blockages. Our backhoe is small enough not to destroy your yard, but powerful enough to cut through frost lines in frozen ground.

We just had our sewer line checked. Besides the great news that it was in good shape, I was incredibly happy with the technician, Tony, who very clearly went ran down the set up and how each section of pipe was performing. I also really liked the video with his narration showing everything. He was very clear and friendly. Called Friday night at 945pm with an issue, had me booked for 9am Saturday morning. They came ahead of time on Saturday morning, Adam was super professional and easy to talk to and deal with. Even at time and a half the price was super reasonable and have no complaints! Thanks for the great and fast service

On a Friday afternoon, our basement started flooding. I called Duke's and they had someone arrive at my house in 20 minutes. The technician quickly determined that the issue was a City of Regina sewer line problem and contacted the City to report the issue on our behalf. Outstanding service! Thanks everyone!

I had my sewer back up in the evening so called Duke Sewer Service. They told me up front that there would be an overtime charge since it was evening. I was fine with that. It was less than 30 minutes later that he arrived. We chatted for a minute and I mentioned that my brother had just passed away unexpectedly. The tree roots were cut out of my sewer line and when he gave me the invoice, he said he wasn’t charging me overtime because I had enough to handle with my brother passing away. Of course, the tears started. He was so kind! He not only fixed my sewer problem quickly but did my heart good by being so kind. It wasn’t the money, it was the gesture of kindness. He even wrote down the email address for the city so I could get them to reimburse me for the service since it was city tree roots causing the problem. Great service and absolutely top notch people!

I had Will & Matthew come out today and unplug my drain. They worked really quickly and informed me that the plug was on the city side. I have had my drain cleaned many times by a different service and not once did they check to see where the plug was coming from and I appreciate that a great deal. They were very nice helpful young men, actually the best technicians I have ever had come out.

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. The service person still ran the snake through as a precaution. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. Gage was also "pet friendly" and truly enjoyed our dog...this is an awesome feeling as all of our pets are an extension of us and our home.
