Adam was our service person who came out within 30 minutes on a Saturday. Our laundry room/downstairs shower was backing up. He cleaned out roots from inside and the outside drain. Had a surprise backup of the main sewer line at the perfect time: Friday evening 6pm. Did not know what was happening but it smelled worse than death. Called Duke Sewer Service and was put in contact with James. He promptly and professionally evaluated the situation over the phone and gave assurance the problem would be sorted. He arrived on scene on time and provided friendly service. After further diagnosis he identified the problem and fixed it! James then made sure to clean up the work area and despite a dirty job left no mess in the house. DUKE SEWER Service fixed the backup and helped save my weekend. Excellent job. I would certainly recommend James and Duke Service Service.

I gave Duke Sewer a call right before a long weekend as I was having issue with my drainage from tree roots in the system. I was shocked they were able to send out Gage the same day and get things cleared out in no time. Also as a somewhat of a new home over (just under a full year), he was able to tell me some information on my sewer system I was not aware of and tips for the future. Overall great experience.

We had sewer backing up and James was here in half an hour on a Saturday. After initial inspection, he quickly realized this required immediate action from the city. He got the city to send a crew out immediately as it was their blockage in the manhole. He cleared our sewer line and dealt with the city for us, as it was their problem, not ours. Very professional, had informed of us the process and what steps he was taking. Highly recommend!

We had contacted Duke for an emergency call with a sewer issue on a Sunday (in a house we had just moved into days prior)! They promptly answered our request and had someone arrive at our place within the hour. Gage was extremely helpful and diagnosed and solved our problem quickly! I am completely blown away by the service I received from Duke. They were prompt, professional and meticulous. Matt was great to work with — arrived early, great communication, and left everything in the same shape as he found it in. He and his team found a way to do the repair so that it would leave the smallest footprint on the house as possible, and they even fixed a couple of leaks that they found while they were there. It’s usually an unfortunate circumstance that leads to you calling a sewer company, but Duke made the process as painless as possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will never use another company, and I will be telling everyone I know to call them. I didn’t think it was possible to go beyond “above and beyond”, but I think they achieved it!

Ive got some really big trees in my front yard so i constantly have the roots in my lines. Had a bad backup on a friday night called Saturday morning and had an appointment for 4 no problem. Fellow showed up on time spent the next 2 and a half hours fighting with them roots but managed to completely clear the line and even showed me on his camera. Extremely well done and a very sociable fellow indeed. Explained everything so as i could understand him and cleaned up after himself before i could even offer to do so. Definitely be using Duke again and would have no issues suggesting them to others.

Had a drain that was slow and called on a Saturday. Adam from Duke sewer was able to come out in a couple hours and had it all flowing in about an hour. My sewer backed up, called Duke (recommendation) at 945 on a Monday night. Matt said they were booked up in the morning but would have Adam over between 12-1230 the next day. I've had Dukes come to my place a few times for different reasons. To put in a new sewer line and install a back flow. I am extremely impressed by the service, pricing, cleanliness, and down to earth people that work there. Matt, Logan, and Dylan are great! They are always on time and extremely personable. I won't ever call anyone else if I have issues in the future!

Logan arrived on time, got the job done quickly, double-checked that it was done properly, and left the area tidy when he was done! He was able to answer my questions and advise me about how often we should have the line cleared in the future. I also appreciated that I was told the cost for the job up front and there wasn't any hidden expense after-the-fact!

Jacob and Matt of Duke's Sewer Service replaced my main sewer line under my basement floor today and did an awesome job despite the unique challenges my newly plumbed basement bathroom presented, all without having to undo what I had previously completed!

Saved me 2 days of jackhammering, hauling concrete out, mixing and pouring concrete!

Today we had Duke Sewer Service install a mainline fullport backflow valve along with a sump basin and pump. Matt and Logan did a great job! They did a real clean and professional looking installation. They showed up on time, left the work area clean and came in right on quote even though we added a little to the scope of work we were quoted. We're very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing the same type of thing.

I am so grateful for Duke's coming out to solve my plumbing problem!!! As a new homeowner I was terrified to realize that I was having water coming up through a crack in my basement. My home inspector suggested that I get my pipes cleaned out, as there could be a blockage causing this problem. A well known plumbing company in Regina (which I will not name) came out to clear my pipes, though they did not do a satisfactory job so I had to get them to come back a second time to clear out the roots they missed. After their second visit I was still getting water in my basement due to the obstruction in the pipe. I was so frustrated!!! My home inspector suggested Dukes to help solve my problem, and I'm sure glad I did. Matt was quick, friendly and effective. No more water in my basement! I can't thank you enough for helping me solve a problem which this other plumbing company couldn't. I will definitely call you back with all future plumbing needs!!!

We discovered a sewer back up in our home at 6:30 on a thursday night, called Duke at 7 and they were here by 8:30. Dylan was professional and knowledgeable. great job highly recommended

I had an issue with my sewer line being clogged. Dylan came by and did a fantastic job. He was on time, professional and fun guy to talk with. He took his time to show me the condition of my line as he put the camera through after cleaning the line. He did his work extremely efficiently and very well. Even cleaned up the area he was working in. I will not hesitate in calling Duke Sewer again and hope that Dylan is the one taking the call.

Unfortunately had to have these guys to my house today, however I was really impressed with the dude Dylan that came. He was super personable and funny. He did some quick work and was in and out. Had a tough one for him but he got a little creative and got the job done. Thanks guys! I'll call you for a cleaning and inspection next fall.

Duke Sewer replaced my sewer line from my house to the city main in 2012. They came when they said they would, did a terrific job, and didn't try to surprise me with extra fees or charges when they were done.
