Had sewer blockage/backup on a Saturday. Shelton was able to come out within a couple hours and took care of cleaning out the tree roots. He explained everything and had the drain flowing once again. The times I have had to call Dukes with issues, I have always had prompt and good service.
Matthew was out from Regina fixed our drain problem in no time was very professional and knowledgeable about our problem will use Dukes sewer again if needed

Excellent Service! Called at 9:30 pm for a sewer backup and Malex showed up before 10 pm to deal with a 💩 situation. He was super friendly, efficient, and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company—fast response and great customer service!

Duke came to give me an estimate on a replacement of my main sewer line. Upon assessment, Duke advised that I actually did not require the $10,000 main line replacement that another large company in Regina advised me I needed.
I spoke to the owner at length, and he was honest, sincere, and seemed trustworthy. Sometimes it can feel intimidating getting trades to come into your home and provide you with quotes, estimates, opinions etc. I can not express enough how this was not the case with Duke.
For the past year I have been telling people about my positive experience with them. To top it off, I misunderstood the instructions he had given me surrounding annual maintenance. To correct this, Duke made it right, when that absolutely was not something he had to do. This furthered my understanding that they are an honest company that I have no hesitation in referring family and friends to, whenever conversations surrounding plumbing arise.
I can not express my gratitude enough. If you require an honest company that does great work in the Regina area, call Duke Sewer.

If you need sewer work done, Duke’s is who you need. The friendliness, compassion, level of knowledge and professionalism is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every single person I dealt with was outstanding. Not only were they able to resolve the problem with our sewer, but took the time to explain everything in an easy way I could understand. They will not rip you off and are honest people. While they were loading up their vehicle, I was already texted the footage that was taken only a few minutes prior. How incredible is that! What excellent service! Our line was gurgling and we had to call for help on Christmas Day. Matthew was wonderful. He was able to respond in just a couple hours, had the main cleared and our company was soon able to run water! Our grandson enjoyed watching! Thanks so much Mathhew.

Excellent service. Our line was plugged and when I called first thing, they slated us in for early afternoon. The gentleman communicated that he might be a few minutes late, which I totally understood with the weather! Had it fixed in no time flat...and advised that the last company we had, didn't do what they said they did, which now makes sense. Dukes did more work and cost $100+ less than their competitor. “Just last week I called another to company to fix my blocked sewer line that arose when I was doing laundry. The washer water wasn’t draining into the line, splashing back up. Supposedly this company cleared the lines and was then was told good to go. Last night I drained the tub and sewage came up the basement drain and spread throughout my basement.
