Duke came to give me an estimate on a replacement of my main sewer line. Upon assessment, Duke advised that I actually did not require the $10,000 main line replacement that another large company in Regina advised me I needed.
I spoke to the owner at length, and he was honest, sincere, and seemed trustworthy. Sometimes it can feel intimidating getting trades to come into your home and provide you with quotes, estimates, opinions etc. I can not express enough how this was not the case with Duke.
For the past year I have been telling people about my positive experience with them. To top it off, I misunderstood the instructions he had given me surrounding annual maintenance. To correct this, Duke made it right, when that absolutely was not something he had to do. This furthered my understanding that they are an honest company that I have no hesitation in referring family and friends to, whenever conversations surrounding plumbing arise.
I can not express my gratitude enough. If you require an honest company that does great work in the Regina area, call Duke Sewer.
What excellent service! Our line was gurgling and we had to call for help on Christmas Day. Matthew was wonderful. He was able to respond in just a couple hours, had the main cleared and our company was soon able to run water! Our grandson enjoyed watching! Thanks so much Mathhew.

Duke sewer service replaced my lead water line outside as welll as the sewer line and also replaced the sewer line inside the house . They did a fabulous job and I'm very happy with the results . Thank You Duke for being the profesionals you are . (Murray)

Excellent service. Our line was plugged and when I called first thing, they slated us in for early afternoon. The gentleman communicated that he might be a few minutes late, which I totally understood with the weather! Had it fixed in no time flat...and advised that the last company we had, didn't do what they said they did, which now makes sense. Dukes did more work and cost $100+ less than their competitor. Need to send out a big "thumbs up" to CJ and the gang at Duke's. My main drain was running slow for awhile, so it was time to get it looked after. Called in, and dispatch advised they had an opening, and CJ was here within the hour. After a couple of hours grinding through roots and whatever else, CJ had everything flowing smoothly again. What a great tech - obviously knew his trade and was so friendly. Clearly explained what he'd done and recommended preventative maintenance ideas going forward. Five star service all the way for Duke's!

I highly recommend this company. I had services today and was so pleased - they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and so reasonably priced. Gage came out today and he promptly got heart of the issue and completed the work. He was so polite and explained everything really well. It was quick and painless. Dukes did an amazing job replacing my service line. They came and looked at it and within 1 months they were digging up my yard and were replacing my main line and storm line. They were so patient with me with all my questions and even talked to my insurance adjuster. They were all so professional and amazing to work with. This week, Shelton came to clear the root intrusion in my sewer pipes. He was clean and thorough in his work. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the procedure, answer my questions and show me what he found. He was extremely patient and courteous throughout the visit.
This is the best sewer company who fixed my sewer problem for just less than 20 minutes. Jordan the technician did it awesome. This company is highly recommendable and I will tell my co- workers if they need their services call this Duke sewer company. They are amazing.. Just had a gentleman named Shelton come to my house to unclog my sewer pipe. I have had a few sewer companies come out to clean tree roots from my pipe over the many years but i have never been impressed by their behaviour and the mess they leave behind. Not just that, i had a "rooter" company come out four days ago to deal with the same issue. I was thinking that i wouldnt have to deal with this issue for for at least another year, however FOUR days after, my sewer backed up AGAIN. Shelton showed me why, and it was clear that the other company did not do a good job and barely helped me at all. They even told me my pipe was broken and that they needed to replace it for an outrageous price and it WASNT. EVEN. BROKEN. I am seriously ticked off that I was being scammed and I will NEVER choose another company over Dukes Sewer Service. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Shelton!!!!

“Just last week I called another to company to fix my blocked sewer line that arose when I was doing laundry. The washer water wasn’t draining into the line, splashing back up. Supposedly this company cleared the lines and was then was told good to go. Last night I drained the tub and sewage came up the basement drain and spread throughout my basement.
