Excellent service. Our line was plugged and when I called first thing, they slated us in for early afternoon. The gentleman communicated that he might be a few minutes late, which I totally understood with the weather! Had it fixed in no time flat...and advised that the last company we had, didn't do what they said they did, which now makes sense. Dukes did more work and cost $100+ less than their competitor.
