I would highly recommend this company. Thought I needed tree roots cleared from a main drain, turns out clog was below the house. Called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Service technician - Adam. Quickly diagnosed issues. Walked us through everything as he was going along. Took extreme care to minimize any mess, and cleaned up the work areas very well. Took the time to explain the bill, as well as recommendations for future maintenance ideas. Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. Gage was also "pet friendly" and truly enjoyed our dog...this is an awesome feeling as all of our pets are an extension of us and our home. Fabulous service, phoned Dukes this evening after we realized that we had a blocked sewer line. They arrived at our house in less then one hour and they had the job done in about 45 minutes. I found myself in need of emergency sewer repair and I called Duke's right away. We recently had our shingles replaced. Soon afterwards, our sewer system plugged up tight and caused significant water and sewer damage to our basement. Tony and Gage arrived very promptly with a camera and cutter. To everyone’s surprise, they pulled out a 4 foot roll of roof tarp. I don’t know how to post a photo in this review but I posted one on their websiteI highly recommend this company for any of your sewer service needs. Such great staff and professional service at very reasonable rates. We are so grateful that Tony and Gage were able to rectify our situation so efficiently.

I had a clogged sewer line and Gage arrived within a couple of hours my my call and spent 1.5 hours finding and cleaning out the clog. He was excellent at explaining the problem and very personable and professional. I recently took possession of a new home and on my first night we encountered a sewer bsckup. This review comes from a very satisfied tenant of a rental-property (not the owner of the affected property):After experiencing a sewer blockage which was causing water to accumulate in the basement of the property, our Property Management co. dispatched Duke Sewer Service. Matt, from Duke, telephoned me very promptly after I initiated the dispatch, and arranged to have a service-person attend within 2-hours of the discovery and reporting of the problem. Unfortunately, the service-person scheduled at that time was experiencing injury, resulting in Matt rescheduling for first-thing the next morning. Shortly after ending the conversation with Matt - not more than 10 minutes passed - Matt telephoned anew to ask if it would be alright for him to dispatch an alternate service-person for the originally set appointment. Of course this was a very pleasant surprise, and as promised, the alternate service-person arrived on time (I think he was even a few minutes earlier than expected, actually), completed the necessary services quickly, cleanly, and as quietly as the work allowed for. Gage (the service-person) was exceptionally friendly, talented and experienced, and notably professional.I hope no one has emergencies which require Duke Sewer Service, but if you do have need of professional, effective and efficient plumbing services, especially sewer-related, Duke showed me what top-shelf quality service looks like, and set my standards to a new high, and I have every confidence that your expectations will be exceeded too.... I nearly neglected to indicate that this all occurred outside of normal-business-hours/after-hours! (the icing, as it were)

Have had 2 great interactions with Duke’s in the past 2 weeks. First, had water coming up out of our main drain. It was after hours but someone was at our house quickly to resolve issue. Today, had the same issue (on a stat holiday). I can't thank Gage with Duke Sewer Service enough! Yesterday, February 21st (Family Day) our sewer backed up into the house, causing major stress and panic to our family. From the time I placed the call to the time the job was complete, was only an hour. Gage was extremely professional and diligent and you can tell he takes great pride in his work! He kept us Informed all times throughout the process as there were lots of tree roots blocking our pipes, and he even went above and beyond by contacting the city to repair their portion of the sewer lines. Very happy review ahead! I called Duke Sewer Service at approximately 1:00 pm, as we had some water coming up in our basement and our basement toilet wouldn't flush. They answered promptly and had an available appointment window for 2-:2:30pm the same day! Gage ended up coming early at 1:40 (awesome!), and quickly assessed the situation. We are new homeowners and didn't know a lot of important information about sewer and pipe maintenance, and Gage made sure to answer all of our questions so we knew exactly why he was doing the work he was doing. He cleaned our main stack and resolved our drain problems, and made sure to stick around to explain how we might maintain our sewer/pipe system going forward so that we can avoid costly future problems. Not only did he fix our issues promptly and efficiently, but his visit was also educational - much appreciated by us first time homeowners who are still figuring things out! I will recommend Duke - and Gage specifically - to anyone who might ask in the future!

We had Duke come out to inspect and ultimately end up replacing our sewer line. We had them also replace the water line, install a new sump pit/pump. They came the day they were scheduled and finished on time. The quote they provided was accurate. The guys that came to do all of the work were my kind of guys. They all worked hard, worked well together and took pride in what they do. You can tell a lot about a company by the employees. We have now used them 3 times- all with great results!1. Jordan did a great job clearing our blocked sewer line. He was clean, professional, helpful and efficient! We had to have our entire sewer line under our home jack-hammered, removed and replaced. The guys- James, JJ, Jordan, Nat and Adam- were amazing! It was a huge 3 day job. As anyone who has experienced sewer back up, the panic and dismay is no joke. After freaking out with great gusto, it took very little time to settle on Duke as the online reviews were superb. James found the issue immediately, tree roots, and fixed everything so super quickly! He was prompt, courteous and fixed the issue in no time at all!Thanks again:)**,***************Backed up kitchen sink PLUS first MASSIVE snow fall in March = Incredibly, a great experience. The technician, Dylan, that was sent my way was super pleasant, down to earth, and easy to get along with. (Did I mention MASSIVE SNOW FALL and dude STILL TOOK HIS BOOTS OFF :) ) AND, he completely fixed the problem while here and didn't complain ONCE. The pricing was absolutely below what I was anticipating paying for such a short notice appointment coupled with a job very well done. Dylan was even able to book me into another super short notice appointment to get some preemptive sewer line cleaning out of the way! Fantastic service! They came, fixed the problem and were cleaned up and done in an hour. Fixed the problem when I had plumbers in that couldn’t. They put cameras down to make sure the problem was truly fixed! Call the experts first!

I've had Dukes come to my place a few times for different reasons. To put in a new sewer line and install a back flow. I am extremely impressed by the service, pricing, cleanliness, and down to earth people that work there. Matt, Logan, and Dylan are great! They are always on time and extremely personable. I won't ever call anyone else if I have issues in the future!

Logan arrived on time, got the job done quickly, double-checked that it was done properly, and left the area tidy when he was done! He was able to answer my questions and advise me about how often we should have the line cleared in the future. I also appreciated that I was told the cost for the job up front and there wasn't any hidden expense after-the-fact!

Jacob and Matt of Duke's Sewer Service replaced my main sewer line under my basement floor today and did an awesome job despite the unique challenges my newly plumbed basement bathroom presented, all without having to undo what I had previously completed!

Saved me 2 days of jackhammering, hauling concrete out, mixing and pouring concrete!

Today we had Duke Sewer Service install a mainline fullport backflow valve along with a sump basin and pump. Matt and Logan did a great job! They did a real clean and professional looking installation. They showed up on time, left the work area clean and came in right on quote even though we added a little to the scope of work we were quoted. We're very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing the same type of thing.

I am so grateful for Duke's coming out to solve my plumbing problem!!! As a new homeowner I was terrified to realize that I was having water coming up through a crack in my basement. My home inspector suggested that I get my pipes cleaned out, as there could be a blockage causing this problem. A well known plumbing company in Regina (which I will not name) came out to clear my pipes, though they did not do a satisfactory job so I had to get them to come back a second time to clear out the roots they missed. After their second visit I was still getting water in my basement due to the obstruction in the pipe. I was so frustrated!!! My home inspector suggested Dukes to help solve my problem, and I'm sure glad I did. Matt was quick, friendly and effective. No more water in my basement! I can't thank you enough for helping me solve a problem which this other plumbing company couldn't. I will definitely call you back with all future plumbing needs!!!

I had an issue with my sewer line being clogged. Dylan came by and did a fantastic job. He was on time, professional and fun guy to talk with. He took his time to show me the condition of my line as he put the camera through after cleaning the line. He did his work extremely efficiently and very well. Even cleaned up the area he was working in. I will not hesitate in calling Duke Sewer again and hope that Dylan is the one taking the call.

Unfortunately had to have these guys to my house today, however I was really impressed with the dude Dylan that came. He was super personable and funny. He did some quick work and was in and out. Duke Sewer replaced my sewer line from my house to the city main in 2012. They came when they said they would, did a terrific job, and didn't try to surprise me with extra fees or charges when they were done.
