I have had Dukes at my home on a few occasions now and every time the service has been top notch! Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable! Today I had Matthew come and unplug my kitchen sink, and he had us fixed up in no time and was a pleasure to deal with, and not to mention their prices are good too. I had Will & Matthew come out today and unplug my drain. They worked really quickly and informed me that the plug was on the city side. I have had my drain cleaned many times by a different service and not once did they check to see where the plug was coming from and I appreciate that a great deal. They were very nice helpful young men, actually the best technicians I have ever had come out.

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. The service person still ran the snake through as a precaution. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

He was punctual, diligent, and explained thoroughly and in a very friendly manner of what had to be done to solve the problem. He apologized for it taking so long, but in under 2 hours he problem-solved and got things up and running again. Much Appreciated!

Called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Service technician - Adam. Quickly diagnosed issues. Walked us through everything as he was going along. Took extreme care to minimize any mess, and cleaned up the work areas very well. Took the time to explain the bill, as well as recommendations for future maintenance ideas. Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. Gage was also "pet friendly" and truly enjoyed our dog...this is an awesome feeling as all of our pets are an extension of us and our home. We recently had our shingles replaced. Soon afterwards, our sewer system plugged up tight and caused significant water and sewer damage to our basement. Tony and Gage arrived very promptly with a camera and cutter. To everyone’s surprise, they pulled out a 4 foot roll of roof tarp. I don’t know how to post a photo in this review but I posted one on their websiteI highly recommend this company for any of your sewer service needs. Such great staff and professional service at very reasonable rates. We are so grateful that Tony and Gage were able to rectify our situation so efficiently.

I had a clogged sewer line and Gage arrived within a couple of hours my my call and spent 1.5 hours finding and cleaning out the clog. He was excellent at explaining the problem and very personable and professional. Highly recommend, especially if you haven't had to deal with this problem before, as Gage was very helpful in explaining what was going on.
