Dukes was able to schedule in within a day of calling. Jordan arrived on time, did a great job and tidied up when he left. He was friendly and explained everything that he had done. I would highly recommend Dukes sewer service.

Thankful that Duke Sewer Service was recommended to us. Had another plumber in for a plugged toilet. Toilet did not flush properly, Dukes came out and had it flushing like is supposed to !!!

I had a wonderful experience with them. The technician that came out ( his name is Gage ) was fast, clean and efficient. He was able to solve the problem quickly and cleanly and gave me some valuable information about my problems. Would definitely recommend.

Duke's sewer are an excellent company. They answer the phone quickly, no matter the time. I have had both Will and Adam do work for me and both were absolutely excellent. Adam in particular explained things to me so that I could understand and was very thorough. Very professional and I would highly recommend them if you are having sewer problems.

I have had Dukes at my home on a few occasions now and every time the service has been top notch! Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable! Today I had Matthew come and unplug my kitchen sink, and he had us fixed up in no time and was a pleasure to deal with, and not to mention their prices are good too. Save your time on looking for who to get and just call Dukes!

I had Will & Matthew come out today and unplug my drain. They worked really quickly and informed me that the plug was on the city side. I have had my drain cleaned many times by a different service and not once did they check to see where the plug was coming from and I appreciate that a great deal. They were very nice helpful young men, actually the best technicians I have ever had come out.

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. The service person still ran the snake through as a precaution. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

We had the fellas come out to our new residence ti help us with some plumbing issues. They were right on time max jad great attitudes and very professional. Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

Thank you James from Duke's! We had a very bad issue with tree roots, and he took the time to solve the problem. He was punctual, diligent, and explained thoroughly and in a very friendly manner of what had to be done to solve the problem. He apologized for it taking so long, but in under 2 hours he problem-solved and got things up and running again. Much Appreciated!

I would highly recommend this company. Thought I needed tree roots cleared from a main drain, turns out clog was below the house. Called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Service technician - Adam. Quickly diagnosed issues. Walked us through everything as he was going along. Took extreme care to minimize any mess, and cleaned up the work areas very well. Took the time to explain the bill, as well as recommendations for future maintenance ideas. Extremely professional, full value. Will only ever use Duke’s in the future!

Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. Gage was also "pet friendly" and truly enjoyed our dog...this is an awesome feeling as all of our pets are an extension of us and our home. Fabulous service, phoned Dukes this evening after we realized that we had a blocked sewer line. They arrived at our house in less then one hour and they had the job done in about 45 minutes. If Duke isn’t the first company you think of for sewer line issues, it should be. They are quick, professional and do an great job. They make sure if there is any mess they made, it’s cleaned up. I’ve needed their service at two different locations both in semi emergency situations and can not recommend them enough!

We recently had our shingles replaced. Soon afterwards, our sewer system plugged up tight and caused significant water and sewer damage to our basement. Tony and Gage arrived very promptly with a camera and cutter. To everyone’s surprise, they pulled out a 4 foot roll of roof tarp. I don’t know how to post a photo in this review but I posted one on their websiteI highly recommend this company for any of your sewer service needs. Such great staff and professional service at very reasonable rates. We are so grateful that Tony and Gage were able to rectify our situation so efficiently.

I had a clogged sewer line and Gage arrived within a couple of hours my my call and spent 1.5 hours finding and cleaning out the clog. He was excellent at explaining the problem and very personable and professional. Highly recommend, especially if you haven't had to deal with this problem before, as Gage was very helpful in explaining what was going on.

We had the pleasure to be served by James and Jordan. James arrived on time, and he was very professional. He assessed the damaged, told us how to proceed, and took care of everything immediately. He also provided some good advice to prevent this from happening again, and he gave us good solutions to save money. He took the time needed to answer our questions as well. I recently took possession of a new home and on my first night we encountered a sewer bsckup. I've now used Duke a few times over the last 2 years at my properties and they have been great every time! Professional and quality work, reasonable price (cheaper than the previous companies I've used and better work/clean up!) and follow up as needed with options to address the issues to prevent future problems. They'll have all my business going forward!
