Ive got some really big trees in my front yard so i constantly have the roots in my lines. Had a bad backup on a friday night called Saturday morning and had an appointment for 4 no problem. Fellow showed up on time spent the next 2 and a half hours fighting with them roots but managed to completely clear the line and even showed me on his camera. Extremely well done and a very sociable fellow indeed. Explained everything so as i could understand him and cleaned up after himself before i could even offer to do so. Definitely be using Duke again and would have no issues suggesting them to others.

Had to call Duke's on the weekend because tree roots were causing a backup. Adam came out even earlier than scheduled. He was very professional and even though there were a TON of roots, he was able to take care of it really quick. Would highly recommend

Our sewer backed up on a Sat morning. They fit us into their schedule, Gage was on time , called us 10 min before arriving to let us know he was on his way. He was professional, efficient, courteous, patient and had all the answers. He gave us fundamental tips to keep our pipes as clean as possible . He is respectful and a very bright young man . My sewer was backing up in my basement and Duke's Sewer Service ended up coming 30 minutes earlier than expected but called before-hand to ensure that was alright. Gauge showed up and got straight to the problem while giving me good feedback for future reference. He also checked the front sewer line for me to make sure it had no blockage as well.

Had a drain that was slow and called on a Saturday. Adam from Duke sewer was able to come out in a couple hours and had it all flowing in about an hour. Adam was very friendly and professional and explained what was happening and how he had to fix it. I highly recommend using them for any sewer issues that you have. I will be calling them again for future cleanings. Great service!

I had to call Duke's to come or for a back up that I had. Tony is the man that came out and was very helpful, very polite, patient listened too my story. Helped me above and beyond the call of his duty. I highly recommend Duke's for all you're sewer needs.Had to call Duke's for another issue this time it was Gage who came out and he was very helpful and took care of all our issues. This is a great company highly recommend these people for you're drain needs.

We had a sewer back up in our home due to some tree roots so we called Duke Sewer Service for the second time (they came out last year to clear the line for us). Both times we had excellent service however this call was with James and he went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional and great with our 5 year old son who of course had a ton of questions for him. James did a great job and not only that, he provided amazing service. We will continue to use them from now on and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

James from Dukes came out to help us with a sewer backup. We asked about masking, explaining that we had someone in the house who was immune-suppressed. James was incredibly thorough and kind about social distancing, wearing gloves and double masking. He did an excellent job. He was prompt, he was courteous I can't say enough good things about the service we got.

Duke’s was recommended by our neighbour who works at Regina Plumbing. James called back promptly for our after hours call and asked if it was okay if he could come earlier than the initial time we were told. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always have received excellent service from Dukes, and this time was no exception. Called in a pinch after hours, as sewer was backing up. Was told someone would come within an hour, James called me 5 minutes later and was on his way. He worked hard and made sure the job was done right and also gave some good recommendations so I could avoid similar fate in the future. Will definitely continue to use Dukes for all sewer needs.

Bought a new house and discovered the kitchen sink wasn’t draining properly. Duke dispatched Adam who was able to not only clear the issue promptly and professionally but also took the time to educate us on exactly what he was doing and why. I've used Duke sewer several times in the past as we own an old home with old pipes. In my mind, honesty, professionalism and accountability is above all else in business. Duke sewer conducts themselves with these qualities and as young homeowners we appreciate this. I wouldn't ever turn anywhere else for sewer service and repair. Happy to have this team in our community. I'd like to add that Logan serviced our home today and prompted this review.

I've had Dukes come to my place a few times for different reasons. To put in a new sewer line and install a back flow. I am extremely impressed by the service, pricing, cleanliness, and down to earth people that work there. Matt, Logan, and Dylan are great! They are always on time and extremely personable. Logan arrived on time, got the job done quickly, double-checked that it was done properly, and left the area tidy when he was done! He was able to answer my questions and advise me about how often we should have the line cleared in the future. Today we had Duke Sewer Service install a mainline fullport backflow valve along with a sump basin and pump. Matt and Logan did a great job! They did a real clean and professional looking installation. They showed up on time, left the work area clean and came in right on quote even though we added a little to the scope of work we were quoted. We're very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing the same type of thing.

I am so grateful for Duke's coming out to solve my plumbing problem!!! As a new homeowner I was terrified to realize that I was having water coming up through a crack in my basement. My home inspector suggested that I get my pipes cleaned out, as there could be a blockage causing this problem. A well known plumbing company in Regina (which I will not name) came out to clear my pipes, though they did not do a satisfactory job so I had to get them to come back a second time to clear out the roots they missed. After their second visit I was still getting water in my basement due to the obstruction in the pipe. I was so frustrated!!! My home inspector suggested Dukes to help solve my problem, and I'm sure glad I did. Matt was quick, friendly and effective. No more water in my basement! I can't thank you enough for helping me solve a problem which this other plumbing company couldn't. I will definitely call you back with all future plumbing needs!!!

I had an issue with my sewer line being clogged. Dylan came by and did a fantastic job. He was on time, professional and fun guy to talk with. He took his time to show me the condition of my line as he put the camera through after cleaning the line. He did his work extremely efficiently and very well. Even cleaned up the area he was working in. I will not hesitate in calling Duke Sewer again and hope that Dylan is the one taking the call.

Duke Sewer replaced my sewer line from my house to the city main in 2012. They came when they said they would, did a terrific job, and didn't try to surprise me with extra fees or charges when they were done.
