I just wanted to send a shout out here and to pass our outmost thanks, gratitude and appreciation to all of the team at Dukes that were involved with making our sewer replacement happen on a sooner rather than later basis. I know it wasn’t easy to make it happen with all the calls that you have to deal with, but you did. For that we are greatful.Matt, James, Adam, Tony and Bayley were awesome fellows to deal with. They explained the process and completed the task with very minimum destruction of property and cleanup was minimal. We are so glad we went with Dukes. In our eyes your team at Dukes are #1. We just had our sewer line checked. Besides the great news that it was in good shape, I was incredibly happy with the technician, Tony, who very clearly went ran down the set up and how each section of pipe was performing. I also really liked the video with his narration showing everything. He was very clear and friendly. Called Friday night at 945pm with an issue, had me booked for 9am Saturday morning. They came ahead of time on Saturday morning, Adam was super professional and easy to talk to and deal with. Even at time and a half the price was super reasonable and have no complaints! Thanks for the great and fast service

On a Friday afternoon, our basement started flooding. I called Duke's and they had someone arrive at my house in 20 minutes. The technician quickly determined that the issue was a City of Regina sewer line problem and contacted the City to report the issue on our behalf. Outstanding service! Thanks everyone!

I had my sewer back up in the evening so called Duke Sewer Service. They told me up front that there would be an overtime charge since it was evening. I was fine with that. It was less than 30 minutes later that he arrived. We chatted for a minute and I mentioned that my brother had just passed away unexpectedly. The tree roots were cut out of my sewer line and when he gave me the invoice, he said he wasn’t charging me overtime because I had enough to handle with my brother passing away. Of course, the tears started. He was so kind! He not only fixed my sewer problem quickly but did my heart good by being so kind. It wasn’t the money, it was the gesture of kindness. He even wrote down the email address for the city so I could get them to reimburse me for the service since it was city tree roots causing the problem. Great service and absolutely top notch people!

I had Will & Matthew come out today and unplug my drain. They worked really quickly and informed me that the plug was on the city side. I have had my drain cleaned many times by a different service and not once did they check to see where the plug was coming from and I appreciate that a great deal. They were very nice helpful young men, actually the best technicians I have ever had come out.

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. The service person still ran the snake through as a precaution. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Will from Duke Sewer Service arrived to put a camera down our sewer and located roots that needed to be cleaned out. He was very efficient, completed the job in a timely manner and explained how far the root problem was and that we could submit the bill to the City of Regina for repayment as the clog was on the city property. When we left there was no clean up that we had to do. He was very polite and efficient - very good workmanship.

Took extreme care to minimize any mess, and cleaned up the work areas very well. Took the time to explain the bill, as well as recommendations for future maintenance ideas. Right from the get go, Dukes was professional, honest, and very accommodating. Gage was the gentlemen who came into our house and fixed our plugged kitchen sink. Gage was also "pet friendly" and truly enjoyed our dog...this is an awesome feeling as all of our pets are an extension of us and our home. Fabulous service, phoned Dukes this evening after we realized that we had a blocked sewer line. They arrived at our house in less then one hour and they had the job done in about 45 minutes.
